By buying from us you agree that you have read and agreed to all of our policies.

Accepted Payments: We accept Paypal.

Shipping: Your item will ship within two days of your cleared payment on weekdays (Monday - Friday). We use DHL or similar provider with tracking number. We ship WORLDWIDE.

Costumer Address: We only ship to the Shipping Address on Paypal; Buyer is responsible for the address accuracy listed with eCrater and Paypal.

Delivery Time: US and International between 7-10 working days, many times 4 days only.

Import: Any import taxes or duties are to be paid by the buyer.

Phone Number: Please send us your contact number (including country code) for shipping label.

Refunds can only be made within 14 days of purchase.

US Buyers: For US costumers US return address in US is provided.

International Buyers: If you are oversees, please contact us for return address.

Restocking Fees: All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee (aside from select verified defects).

Return Costs: Buyer is responsible for Shipping-and-Handling charges, Cover Postage and Packaging Costs, as well as Return Shipping.

Process: You MUST contact us prior to returning any item and obtain an RMA #. This is to ensure the exchange is processed smoothly and effectively. All packages without an RMA # will be refused.
